Let Them Go!

Dependency upon another or a situation is death to our empowerment. It is insidious and infects all aspects of our lives. Yes, we do want to be cooperative components in society and that is good. Never ever ever however think that another is the Source of your good. That’s a lie!

Yesterday I did the final cutting of the chord with me and my former SP. I am remembering how even I succumbed to thinking that he was my source of empowerment. I’m shaking my head even while typing this out.

If you fear letting go it’s a sign that you are dependent on the other. That’s why you need to cut that chord that binds you and them. Set both of you free. You’ll thank me later.
