In this course I assist you into using your mind and commitment to overcome the issues with food addiction and/or weight.  This is YOUR program in that sense I do not dictate to you what you do or do not do or eat or how often. 

 

Your commitment is 60 CONSECUTIVE days of being clean and abstinent from the food issues you find you are addicted to.  It can be salt which is preserving the past and resentments/guilt; sugar which is a need to have love; chocolate which is absence of intense intimacy and love; caffeine which relates to energy suppression/expression; comfort foods such as cookies, cakes, candy or all desserts perhaps which says it all: needing comfort.  These are the basics on food addiction issues.  

 

If the problem is weight (wait) then we will directly deal with what you are holding back taking action on or fear expressing and I will support you stepping out of your comfort zone in a way that will assist you to succeed and get stronger and let go of the weight naturally.  

 

If your issue is simply overeating, that is a reaction to feeling out of control and substantiation of emotions.  Another way of putting this is it is a basic anxiety disorder.  All anxiety is fear.  Fear stems from guilt.  The cure for guilt is revision of self or forgiveness of self.
