The Art of Letting Go

If you do not release your pent up emotions you will want to reach for your favorite addiction: food, alcohol, smoking, spending money or fucking. Then after that all fails you will turn to direct attack of the body and get sick or get into an accident or see this in your world with loved ones. You only see yourself.

Even world events and the weather are reflections of you. You cannot escape you!

Emotions need to be expressed. At their best they are channeled by you to make your dreams come true. At their worst they wreak havoc that cannot be controlled.
