Years of that has enabled me to deep dive into the endlessness of emptiness found in the wrong choice of following the raucous shrieking of the ego. We all are run but this voice of the serpent. We often do not know this.

So how do we know if we are listening to the lies of the serpent which is old man/ego or the Voice of our True Self? It isn’t cut and dry but one way clearly is if it excludes others and if it is judging others than you can bet it is the ego.

If you are holding back taking action; stalling; not participating; finding excuses; being complacent….that is ego.
