As a foodaholic I have issues with holidays where there is more stuffing of bodies than in truly celebrating togetherness. Have you noticed how much attention is put on food? For me by the way anything manufactured and made to look like an edible is not real food. It’s an addictive substance. And it leads to more problems down the way such as obesity, type 2 diabetes and being part of the medical machinery. All caused by our need to feed as a way of fitting in.
I have lost over 85 pounds and I am a die hard supporter of eating starch and veggies solely. I am a minimalist on food. Yes, it’s boring. But boring is healthy.
